           Needless to say, I teamed up with a expert business plan writer and managed to develop a winning business plan to raise the money and bought my first catering trailer for the equivalent of $1475
    
           little did I realize, Id just spent my hard earned savings PLUS borrowed money to start in this business…and didn’t even know the legalities, where to go or even how or where to apply. I had taken the plunge and everything was on the line…
